This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA”), UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) & General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016 (GDPR).

    communication channels, and related digital services.
  • Processing activities carried out by us within India & UAE as well as any processing related to services offered to individuals within India & UAE, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 & UAE Personal Data Protection Law.
Definitions

Significant Data Fiduciary: Data Fiduciary who processes high volume & sensitive personal data

Data Protection Officer: It means an individual appointed by the Significant Data Fiduciary under clause (a) of sub-section (2) of section 10 of DPDPA 2023

Personal Data: It means any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data

Processing: In relation to personal data, means a wholly or partly automated operation or set of operations performed on digital personal data, and includes operations such as collection, recording, organisation, structuring, storage, adaptation, retrieval, use, alignment or combination, indexing, sharing, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, restriction, erasure or destruction

Data Subject: It means the individual to whom the personal data relates to

Data Controller: It means the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data
